PAX AETERNUM Welcomes Co-Curator Graham Scala

Dark Operative’s digital-only imprint Pax Aeternum would like to welcome Graham Scala into the fold as co-curator, joining old friend and longtime band mate/musical collaborator Brent Eyestone in said capacity. The pair first began creating music together back in 2007 and have since released numerous records while performing countless shows domestically and internationally in bands such as Bleach Everything, Highness, Harmonic Cross, and Forensics among other far more esoteric projects. Early in their creative union, Scala and Eyestone were also notably part of Rhys Chatham’s guitar orchestra, performing “A Crimson Grail” at Lincoln Center in New York City.

With the inclusion of Scala to Pax Aeternum, the focus of the label will remain steadfast to its original intent as an ongoing series of developing, defunct, obscure, and otherwise unclassifiable artists, albums, and projects. This includes Scala’s own recent collaborations with Ian Miller as Collapse Culture, Ryan Parrish as Arepo, and his solo work as Interstitia.

2021 will be the busiest period yet in terms of new releases and reissues coming via Pax Aeternum. Thank you for listening.
